NW England Weather Forecast: Monday, April 13th 2026
April showers through the week, largely mixed overall!!
It’s a chilly start with the odd fog patch around, but sunny spells will soon develop. Through the day, cloud will bubble up bringing scattered showers — some turning heavy and possibly thundery this afternoon. Winds will be lighter than recently, with highs around 13°C.
Tonight, showers fade away to leave a dry spell with clear skies for a time. It’ll turn chilly again, with a patchy frost possible before cloud builds in from the southwest towards dawn. Lows near 2°C.
Tuesday starts brighter in the east, but cloud and patchy rain will gradually spread across the region. It stays mostly cloudy through the afternoon, with heavier rain arriving overnight. Breezy, with temperatures reaching around 15°C.
Looking ahead, Wednesday brings more rain and strengthening winds, followed by a mix of sunshine and showers on Thursday. By Friday, showers become more isolated, and it should feel a little warmer — especially where the sun breaks through.
