It’s a grey and damp start with patchy hill fog and the odd bit

lifts and breaks, allowing plenty of sunny spells to develop.

Tonight remains dry with clear spells at first. Cloud will tend
to build across Cumbria overnight, bringing the chance of some
drizzle over higher ground. Elsewhere, clearer skies could allow
a few fog patches to form.
